“I would like to be the GO TO person for all of your commercial needs.”
— Christina DeRockere
Over three decades of experience…
Christina DeRockere Commercial (CDR) was founded in 2018 by Ms. Christina DeRockere to provide General Real Estate Brokerage and Investment Services throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. She brings more than three decades of commercial experience.
Christina started her career with Urban Centre Developments/Urban Leasing (UCD) in San Francisco, followed by stints at TRI Commercial, and the commercial departments of Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis, then circled back to work at her initial launchpad of UCD with her major mentor and collaborator, Bob Carey, at Real Estate Advisory Services.
Christina has experience in transactions involving some of the world’s most beautiful, most expensive and most highly sought after retail, commercial and investment property. To name a few: the initial retail leasing at Embarcadero Center, Rincon Center and Hills Plaza in San Francisco. She worked for over a decade in the shadows of Union Square and Maiden Lane. Christina was involved in Oakland City Center and one of the many iterations of Jack London’s Waterfront in Oakland.
As the head of small boutique real estate firm, Christina is a long-tenured professional who possesses the requisite broad, in-depth knowledge and experience to handle some of the most complex real estate sales, financing and investment transactions. Her goal is to personally serve the needs of each of her clientele.
Christina currently lives and works in the North Bay. She will go wherever clients needs take her.
“Whether it be for an office (small or large), an industrial requirement, such as a food processing facility or commercial yard or a retail location in a viable and visible district, I will help you with your unique space requirements.”
— Christina DeRockere
Real estate is the primary emphasis of Christina DeRockere’s professional life. Civic, community and journalistic involvement plays a large part in her life as well.
These interests serve as an excellent business vehicle, but also serve as the highest and best way of giving back to the local community - so rich, vibrant, and magnificently diverse in culture. Christina serves on the board of the Arts+ Bayside Martin Luther King Jr. Foundation which promotes Arts instruction in the Sausalito-Marin City School District. She has a leadership role in a local chapter of Business Networking International. She also enjoys volunteering with “Rock the Ages Chorus” at The Redwoods Retirement Community and the Sausalito Art Festival.
Christina’s freelance writing efforts have resulted in the publication of numerous articles - most recently with the North Bay Biz - on issues related to her commercial work.
